The Coffs Coast region is blessed with many amazing venues. For weddings or private functions, these venues offer luxurious settings in unrivalled locations. We also provide our uniquely tailored catering options at your chosen location…. whether it's indoors, outdoors or no doors. Wedding at mum and dad's place? Needing a private chef for that special family dinner? No problems, we go anywhere! Event Services

Fiasco Catering has a team of people who love planning, liaising, creating, cooking, serving, doing and undoing everything to do with turning ideas into events. We can look after every detail from the food, to the venue, to staffing, equipment hire and clean up. You can have as little or as much help as you need, whether it be just a few staff to serve welcome drinks, or the whole shebang, including the kitchen sink. Tableware, glassware, coolroom hire, marquees, we could go on.

Our Suppliers

At Fiasco Ristorante we take great pride in working with local and regional suppliers, and in particular those who use sustainable and ethical farming methods. The North Coast of New South Wales offers some of the best produce in the country, and our menu is created with this in mind. We believe that using the freshest, seasonally available produce direct from growers benefits not only our diners, but the environment and the long term future of the agricultural and hospitality industries as well.

Our Story

Fiasco Catering is the younger sibling of the award-winning Fiasco Ristorante + Bar

Based in Coffs Harbour, we proudly take our inspiration from the rich and varied local produce, incredible seafood and outstanding farmers in this region. We are fanatical about promoting local and regional food, and believe that sustainability and ethical standards are the keys to a successful food culture both now and into the future. Oh, and we love to have fun! Fiasco Catering has looked after corporate tents with international delegates, cooked private dinners for lovers in their own kitchen, delighted newlyweds and their guests at poolside receptions and fed crowds of hundreds at birthday banquets. We love a party – just book us and we’ll be there. Led by head chef, Stefano Mazzina, together with Alex Hawkins and our dedicated catering team, our experience is beyond measure. Stefano’s creativity in the kitchen is never-ending, and his passion for ethically sourced and sustainable produce is insatiable. Focusing on low food miles and paddock-to-plate traceability is an approach that sees Fiasco Catering’s menu sing with flavour and originality. Alessandro Lindiri’s skills as a bartender were honed in some of the finest European hotels, prior to coming to Australia several years ago. If you want to know about wines, cocktails or spirits, he’s your guy, and he can help you plan a drinks menu that’s just right for your event. He’s pretty approachable too, and will humbly suggest a new drink to try or offer an explanation of a wine you haven’t heard of. With creativity, thought and a pre-event taste testing, Fiasco Catering can make any event a success.
